Support Desk (Freelance Services & SaaS Platforms)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Support Desk. We are an independent freelance service provider offering:

  • Website Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • SaaS Platforms (e.g., Project Desk, Event Desk)
  • Event management tools (seat booking, bus booking, ticketing)

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Business Nature

  • Support Desk operates as an individual freelance service provider
  • We are not a registered company
  • We currently do not charge GST
  • Payments are collected under freelance/individual billing

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Project-Based Services

  • A minimum 50% advance payment is required before starting any project
  • Remaining payment must be completed:
    • Before final delivery OR
    • Before making the project live

3.2 SaaS Products (Project Desk, Event Desk)

  • Subscription or usage-based fees may apply
  • Payment must be made:
    • Monthly / yearly as agreed
  • Failure to pay may result in:
    • Account suspension
    • Data access restriction

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI / Online Payment
  • Any other agreed method

3.4 Late Payments

  • Delays in payment may result in:
    • Work stoppage
    • Delay in delivery timelines

4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Development Services

  • No refunds once the project has started
  • Partial refund may be considered only if:
    • Work has not been initiated
    • Cancellation is requested early

4.2 SaaS Products

  • No refund for:
    • Used subscription period
    • Partial usage

4.3 Exceptions

Refunds (if any) are:

  • Fully at our discretion
  • Based on work completed and effort invested

5. Project Delivery & Responsibilities

5.1 Client Responsibilities

  • Provide required content, credentials, and approvals on time
  • Delay from client side may affect delivery timelines

5.2 Scope Changes

  • Any additional work outside agreed scope:
    • Will be charged separately

5.3 Support

  • Basic support may be provided post-delivery (as agreed)
  • Long-term maintenance is chargeable

6. Data & Privacy Policy

6.1 Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Name, email, phone number
  • Project details
  • Payment information
  • Usage data (for SaaS platforms)

6.2 How We Use Data

  • To deliver services

7. SaaS Platform Usage (Project Desk / Event Desk)

Users agree:

  • Not to misuse the platform
  • Not to attempt unauthorized access
  • Not to upload illegal or harmful content

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts violating terms
  • Remove inappropriate data

8. Limitation of Liability

Support Desk is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data
  • Business loss
  • Third-party service failures
  • Downtime due to hosting or external systems

9. Intellectual Property

  • Final product ownership is transferred only after full payment
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Showcase work in portfolio

10. Termination

We may terminate services if:

  • Payment is not completed
  • Terms are violated

11. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy at any time.
