1. Introduction

Welcome to Support Desk. We are an independent freelance service provider offering:

  • Website Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • SaaS Platforms (Project Desk, Event Desk)
  • Event management tools (seat booking, bus booking, ticketing)

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Business Nature

  • Support Desk operates as an individual freelance service provider
  • We are not a registered company
  • We currently do not charge GST
  • Payments are collected under freelance/individual billing

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Project-Based Services

  • A minimum 50% advance payment is required before starting any project
  • Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery or go-live

3.2 SaaS Products (Project Desk, Event Desk)

  • Subscription or usage-based fees may apply
  • Payment must be made monthly/yearly
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension or restricted access

3.3 Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI / Online Payment
  • Other agreed methods

3.4 Late Payments

  • Work may be paused
  • Delivery timelines may be affected

4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Development Services

  • No refunds once project has started
  • Partial refund only if work not initiated

4.2 SaaS Products

  • No refund for subscription usage

4.3 Exceptions

  • Refunds are at our discretion based on work completed

5. Project Responsibilities

  • Client must provide content and approvals on time
  • Additional scope will be charged separately
  • Support beyond agreement is chargeable
